Ultra Communications, provider of pay-as-you-use cloud contact center services, announced today that, due to growing demand for its services, it has hired 11 new employees. By its own estimates, Ultra Communications’ sales revenue have grown by 48 percent in the last year, making it necessary to bolster its ranks in its Development, Client Support, Testing, Sales, Project Management and Marketing teams.

Most notable among the new hires, recruited over the last four months, is Michael Gray, who joined the company in the newly created position of marketing director. Gray has over 20 years of experience in the customer contact industry, working both as an in-house employee and as a marketing consultant for well-known companies such as Garlands Call Centers, Aspect Software, O2, Intel, Nortel and BT (News - Alert).

In March of this year, Ultra Communications announced a partnership with payment service provider Realex Payments with the aim of creating a complete suite of call center solutions.
