Looking to improve the services provided with M5 solution, the company recently unveiled M5 Portal, an improved customer administrative tool and business intelligence interface for its cloud phone system. M5 Portal will be free to all existing M5 customers.

For ShoreTel cloud-based phone system users and administrators, M5 Portal provides a unique and simplified interface. It also offers the customers with a single application for managing their preferences, system configuration and business intelligence data, the company stated in a press release.
