The latest cloud release from Sage CRM, R1 2013, is now available to new customers. The Sage CRM R1 2013 has come up with a range of adaptable social, collaboration and mobile tools to its cloud-based CRM solution, offering a host of exciting new features that help customers work faster and smarter and adapt Sage CRM to suit the individual needs of a business.


Its features include Sage CRM Builder, which extends the functionality of Sage CRM through creation of personalized modules with endless flexibility to suit individual business requirements. This simple drag and drop tool can be used to manage any area of the business from events to projects, to properties, equipment, tradeshows, consultants and more.

Business collaboration is another main point of this release with the addition of Sage CRM Business Collaboration run by Yammer (News - Alert). Later on, Yammer feeds will be available for companies in Sage CRM.

Sage CRM R1 2013 offers smarter reporting with functional, secure, customized reports that are quickly populated with the latest CRM information.

The enhanced mobile suite includes Sage CRM Sales Lite for iPhone (News - Alert) and Sage CRM Sales Tracker for Windows 8 with end user support for the iPad. Here the users get the opportunity to switch between optimized UI and full-screen browsing. These applications provide mobile sales teams to engage customers. These applications provide users with real-time data to help them manage their business relationships and access their key opportunities, appointments and tasks.

These applications help salespeople have greater contact and more fulfilling communication with their customers.
