Document Management Company CASO Selects Soffront Cloud CRM to Improve Operations

Soffront Software, a provider of cloud CRM solutions, recently revealed that CASO, a document management and content management consulting company, selected Soffront Enterprise CRM software to improve business operations.

This development follows Soffront’s recent upgrade of its CRM software to version 9.2. The new integrated CRM suite increases the adoption rate to 100 percent among surveyed customers.


CASO uses Soffront's customer service, project management and QuickBooks integration modules. The company is also using Soffront's role based dashboards to get instant snapshots of key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.

The document management provider selected Soffront because it offered higher level of flexibility. The software is highly customizable so CASO could tailor the software to meet its unique demands. The company is using the software as a central location for project management and tracking hours for payroll, job costing, and expenses.

Soffront cloud CRM offering comprises complete sales, marketing and service features, as well as order management, customer analytics and embedded best practices. The hosted solutions are easy to deploy and don’t demand any additional expenses like infrastructure cost, software licensing fee or maintenance charges from the businesses, according to company officials.

With Soffront cloud CRM, CASO has been able to pull reports of hours, verify accounts payable invoices, and give a more accurate cost of jobs and project margins. The company has become more organized with improved visibility on operations.

“We have been able to catch discrepancies of up to $15,000 on vendor bills,” Kelsey Murray, CRM admin for CASO, said. “We have reduced time for calculating margins and job costs.”

Soffront cloud CRM solutions are used in the biotech, energy, financial services, manufacturing, media, software and telecom industry.

Recently Soffront was awarded the 2013 CRM Excellence Award by CUSTOMER magazine. Soffront was recognized for delivering measurable business improvements to Imagetek, a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) and business process automation solutions.
