CellarStone Solution Integrates with Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service to Drive CRM Adoption

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

CellarStone, a provider of sales commission solutions, recently made available QCommission for Oracle (News - Alert) Sales and Marketing Cloud Service, which will help drive CRM adoption in enterprises.

QCommission, the company’s sales commission solution, has been certified by Oracle for its integration with Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service. QCommission is designed to automate the most complex sales commission processes and calculate sales representatives' compensation, accurately, quickly and professionally, according to company officials.

The sales commission solution allows companies to set up simple or complex plans based on their needs and calculate commissions based on stages of opportunity. Companies also can calculate gross profit based on cost from items/purchase orders/estimates and calculate commission on sales amount, gross profit and quantity, among others.

"With QCommission for Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service we fill in a critical need to manage a company's sales force," said Gopi Mattel, CEO of CellarStone, in a statement. "Commissions show how successful sales people are in their jobs. Adding a commission and compensation management solution will help drive adoption of CRM within an organization."

Featuring powerful commission plan architecture, the solution removes the complexity involved in administering commissions' payout. It allows the definition of almost any kind of sales commission structure. Additionally CellarStone's unique QXchange integration layer allows the integration of data between QCommission and Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service.

By integrating Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service API provided by Oracle, the solution achieves higher level of integration. All access calls to the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service data are routed via the API. In addition to this, the API also ensures that QCommission is properly authenticated prior to getting access to the Fusion CRM One data.

Oracle’s integration also helps the platform extract data such as customers, contacts and opportunities that are needed in commission calculations. It removes data redundancy as it can extract the required information from within the system and make the system a single point for administration, according to company officials.

"Many of our Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service customers have expressed interest in having sales commissions administered through using the CRM data," said Anthony Lye, SVP of Oracle CRM. "QCommission can be quickly and easily integrated with Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud Service using the API and provides an excellent solution for managing sales compensation."
