Celeritas Tracks Leads with Soffront CRM

Celeritas Group has selected Soffront's integrated CRM to efficiently track leads and to effectively manage their pipeline.

Soffront Software is a provider of CRM software and Celeritas Group is an investment and management holding company specializing in design, engineering, and manufacturing.


For this project, Celeritas will leverage the marketing automation, sales automation, Soffront Mobile, and Outlook integration modules.

Soffront claims its CRM makes it easy for users to see the big picture. Because all the information a user would need is on one page it significantly cuts down the amount of time that's spent searching through the CRM for information.

All the data is right at the fingertips of the users and they do not have to click and scroll through the system.

"Now we will have a complete database of all the leads and will be able to see the total picture at any given time. This had been difficult previously, since most of our users are distributed across the country," said Chris Klemmetsen, Celeritas IT manager. "The marketing module will eliminate the need for other third party software for the marketing campaigns. In addition, Soffront's marketing module will notify our sales staff instantly when a prospect clicks on an email offer. We really look forward to our sales force using the mobile apps and being able to provide seamless reporting to upper management."
