Click to Call Success: The Specifics

As the benefits of adding Click to Call to a businesses Website are becoming increasingly obvious, businesses have begun to educate themselves on the ways to make Click to Call a successful element on their Web pages in a bid to draw Web surfers in and get them to call.

Ifbyphone (News - Alert), a hosted voice application and platform company, recently pointed out ten ways to achieving Click to Call success and is now also advising businesses on the specifics to getting Web surfers to click, to call them.

While placement, image, text and branding, all part of the top ten, are critical to Click to Call success, businesses must also understand the exact kind of images to use to grab Web surfer's attention and take these and other factors into consideration when designing click to calls.

Among the suggestions, Ifbyphone notes the need to select an image that is subtle, yet entices callers to click. As well, images of "real" people rather than models should be used and the use of a simple "click to continue" declaration can raise Click to Call rates.

Also, Ifbyphone reminds businesses that it is important to tell callers in an area near the Click to Call that their number will not be sold or given away to telemarketers, to ease their use of the Click to Call.
