TELES, the Berlin based Next Generation Network and Access Gateway (News - Alert) vendor, has entered into a distribution agreement with Israel's Bynet Data Communications (News - Alert), of the Rad-Bynet Group.

Officials with TELES said that Bynet, a system integrator and end-to-end solutions provider, has agreed to distribute the company’s complete portfolio of Next Generation Network Class 4 and Class 5 products alongside the comprehensive range of the company’s mobile and VoIP gateways in Israel and throughout their international distribution network, which includes countries in Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Eastern Europe.Alon Ben-Zur, CEO with Bynet Data Communications, believes that the new cooperation will strengthen the company's position within the telecommunication and large enterprise markets:

"We look forward to working with TELES (News - Alert) and expanding Bynet's local and international offerings. This partnership will provide us with the opportunity to present our customers with a services and solutions portfolio that's enhanced with TELES advanced technology solutions, and also enable us to identify potential new customers and vertical markets,” said Zur in a statement.

He said that together, TELES and Bynet can already see new opportunities materializing, and are ready to further explore possible vertical markets and find new customers. Richard Fahringer, TELES COO, considers the partnership to be a major step forward with benefits for both organizations.

"Bynet is Israel's largest system integrator and telecommunications solutions provider. They will now be able to supply our comprehensive end-to-end range of products to their broad spectrum of high-level business customers throughout their expansive distribution networks,” said Fahringer.

He said that the company will benefit hugely from gaining access to these networks, whilst Bynet stands to benefit from the quality, reliability, completeness, and confidence that the TELES product portfolio offers to enterprises and service providers. TELES provides worldwide wireline and wireless telephony service providers with complete NGN Softswitch solutions, VoIP gateways, and mobile gateways for GSM, CDMA, and UMTS networks.
