The Oracle (News - Alert) Service Cloud acts as one of the biggest public clouds in the world. It provides Oracle customers with instant access to any applications available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. The latest third party vendor to have its name imprinted in that marketplace is Promero, and the Promero Cloud Call Center CTI (News - Alert) Connector will now be able to provide all those customers with calling options such as interaction management and call recording as standard fare.
Gregg Troyanowski, the president of Promero, commented on the benefits that his company’s software can offer the Oracle dedicated.
“Our solution can help Oracle Service Cloud users improve their customer service, reduce steps to complete time-consuming tasks, increase productivity, and lower costs,” Troyanowski said.
CTI Connector helps businesses achieve those goals of improved business operations with interaction management, whisper coaching, call recording, and call transfer – all within the cloud. This means that businesses that run their call center operations from the cloud and are used to handling in-person and remote agents in that way, can continue to have that flexibility with the Promero add-on.
One other benefit to using the Oracle Cloud is that these features can be updated at a moment’s notice. Therefore, Promero can offer scheduled releases and quick bug fixes for instant dispensation to all its users. The mix of applications in the Oracle Cloud must work together, so clients can also be sure that their software, development platforms, and infrastructure and data management software, all delivered as a service, will play nicely with one another.
Troyanowski further indicated that his company is happy to begin working with Oracle in this way – in addition to its previous efforts such as the CTI Connector for Oracle Contact Center Anywhere. Its offering to the collection of cloud-based applications, he noted, will allow businesses to easily benefit from all their associated tools. In turn, Promero also now has the chance to extend its customer base by reaching Oracle customers in a marketplace they fully understand. Promero could become more of a household name as it gains exposure in the marketplace and shows exactly what its software can do.
