VoltDelta (News - Alert) is making sure it can take advantage of the uptick in interest when it comes to call center software by naming a brand new senior vice president of Americas sales. This week, the company announced that Ben Miller is going to take over that role and will be responsible for driving the firm’s market expansion through partners and direct sales efforts for the firm’s VoltDelta’s Cloud Contact Center solutions.
The company has selected someone who seems to understand the market, considering that Miller has more than 15 years of contact center and communications sales experience with VoltDelta alone. Before he came to VoltDelta, Miller made a name for himself working for contact center firms such as inContact, Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert), and Sensory.
“Ben Miller’s extensive experience with cloud contact center solutions will benefit our customers and partners,” said Yusuf Bulan, General Manager of VoltDelta according to Virtual-Strategy Magazine. “His proven ability to successfully partner with leading CRM providers, Independent Software Vendors, and System Integrators will enable us to reach a broad range of organizations seeking cloud-based customer care solutions.”

It will be Miller’s job to hammer home just how important that is to an operation.
