K4 Solutions, a firm that is ranked among the very best when it comes to information technology, call center and managed solutions has just announced it is launching its own Business Mentorship program. This kind of a program, K4 hopes will lead to more businesses finding a way to bring better customer service to their customers as well as better revenues to the companies themselves.
"We decided to formalize our Business Mentorship Program after successfully mentoring several small business owners in the DC metro area," Sumi Krishnan, Founder and President of K4 said in a recent statement. "We're thrilled with the results our mentees have seen. To us, it's all about taking business personally and seeing other small businesses grow and thrive.”
One of the most recent mentorship approaches led to the benefit of a sole proprietorship that was based in Northern Virginia. The business was trained by K4 in a number of different subjects including business growth and management. The business worked hands on with one of K4’s flagship programs the USDA SNAP program. For the last three years, K4 has been managing the SNAP Intake and Processing center.
The SNAP program has now successfully transitioned to this mentee in late 2014 and in advance of this particular transition, K4 was able to work to further develop the physical and technical infrastructure of the program so that it would not lead to a bigger border for the sole proprietorship. This is one part of the mentorship program K4 most prides itself on. Now that this particular mentorship has run its course and the mentee has found its footing all on its own, K4 is set to publish the findings of its second mentorship program later this year. It stands to reason that the findings of this program will help the firm build on its mentorship program moving forward.
