Fear not, this is where customer relationship management software swoops in to save the day and this week we’ve had a big announcement from Promero.
Promero, a provider of software applications to the call center, announced this week that it is partnering with Zoho (News - Alert) CRM so they can integrate solutions and give businesses access to a client’s record from anywhere.

The Zoho CRM comes coupled with Oracle’s (News - Alert) Contact Center Anywhere, and provides functions like ‘click to dial’ directly from a customer’s account screen, attach notes, schedule call backs, send proposals, check inventories, customer support as well as a plethora of other capabilities in a cost-friendly package.

In today’s call center landscape CRM software is necessary for handling customer complaints, concerns or queries in an efficient and speedy manner with as little headache as possible. The call center just got a little more support with today’s announcement, and it would seem this is only the beginning of a prosperous and resolute relationship.
