Companies actively participating in LiveOps’ (News - Alert) Channel Partner Program are experiencing early and ongoing success in delivering cloud contact center solutions to their customers.
LiveOps specializes in delivering cloud contact center and customer service solutions to its customers. The company says the success of the Program is due to the growing acceptance of cloud. Cloud is now seen as a preferred standard alternative to costly on-premise solutions, according to LiveOps.
“We literally just signed our agreement with LiveOps last week and are already in the process of closing new business. We’re looking forward to a long successful relationship with LiveOps,” said Clay M. Shubin, vice president, Sales, CallTower (News - Alert), a LiveOps Referral Partner.
Announced in June 2012, LiveOps new partner program has experienced success and the number of partners in the program has doubled since the day this program started. The new partner program expands LiveOps’ existing partner initiative that includes Strategic Alliance Partners such as Concentric (News - Alert) Cloud Solutions.
This program provides partners with the tools and support needed to succeed. LiveOps’ Channel Partner Program enables partners to increase their bottom lines with monthly recurring revenue. By becoming a member of this program, businesses get to benefit from LiveOps’ cloud contact center technology in addition to sales support, marketing tools, training and more. Businesses can choose to be a part of Referral Partner program and Resellers program.
Members of the Referral Partner program deliver qualified leads to the LiveOps sales team and receive a referral fee if the opportunity results in a sale. Members of the Resellers program can independently manage the sales process and sub-license LiveOps Platform and/or Applications and professional services.
“The momentum of our partner community in these past four months mirrors how fast the customer service contact center industry is changing. It’s exciting to be part of it,” said Marty Beard, president and CEO, LiveOps.
