LiveOps has formed a strategic alliance with Concentric (News - Alert) Cloud Solutions. This strategic alliance has integrated the cloud-based LiveOps (News - Alert) Platform and Applications with the Concentric enhanced telephony services network.
The resulting Concentric Cloud Contact Center service allows users to quickly enable multiple communications channels including voice, chat, email and social media over a single platform. This service also facilitates tighter integration with cloud-based CRM databases. Organizations can leverage the flexibility of a cloud contact center to scale up or down quickly to address near real-time business demands.
