Call Recording and Call Monitoring Provider Recognized at Industry Conference for Service and Partnership Loyalty

But there’s more good news for the virtual observer software supplier. After recently attending the NACR/ConvergeOne Sales Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company, an exhibitor at the event, showcased its products and solutions to a wide array of industry execs, companies and experts.
CSI officials also announced that during the conference the company was given a “Partner Loyalty Recognition” ribbon and prism for years of service.
“We've been working with NACR for eight years, providing Avaya (News - Alert) customers with bulletproof call recording and workforce optimization at an industry's best cost of ownership,” CSI official said.
According to Cathy Burns, Partner Relationship Advocate, NACR, there were nine partners recognized at the event for their loyalty and dedication to the collaboration of services and outstanding excellence in specific fields.
CSI was among the esteemed list. In fact, the company has been on the list for seven consecutive years.
