To further help Swiss Air Navigation in their interactions for enhanced air travel safety, NICE Systems (News - Alert) has been selected via their partner and distributor Mobatime Swiss AG, for an additional order from skyguide for their Air traffic control (ATC) solutions.

 

NICE solutions are utilized by organizations to enhance their operations by extracting "Insight from Interactions."

 

skyguide is responsible for the provision of air navigation services within Swiss airspace and in the airspace of other nearby regions.

 

"Air traffic control is a critical, highly complex communications operation. NICE's ATC solution will enable skyguide to better monitor transmissions and maintain exact records as mandated by civil aviation regulators," commented Israel Livant, President of NICE Security Group in a statement to the press.

 

With NICE's solutions, the air services will have the ability to better manage the interactions that occur in the air and ensure safety and compliance with regulations such as  Eurocontrol Safety Regulatory Requirements (ESARR) are occurring. The solution will also help to better capture interactions that occur between personnel and offer management solutions for control room and IP phone-based communications as well.

 

With the ability to capture and playback these interactions, critical communications that occur in the air are not only verified but are also able to be utilized for training sessions or to help with investigations and the recreation of events.
