NICE Perform Selected by Partner Communications Company

NICE Systems (News - Alert) announced today, their NICE Perform offering has been chosen by an orange cellular network operator in Israel, Partner Communications Company Ltd. to help them improve their operations and customer interactions.
NICE Perform offers insight into the elements of communications critical in business decision making.
With the new solution in place, Partner Communications hopes to improve service levels in their call centers and gain more operational efficiency. To do so, they will use NICE's quality monitoring, coaching and interaction analytics and take a closer look at customer calls.
This closer view of the different elements of the calls will help them to correct those calls where raised emotion occurs instead of a quick resolution.
"Partner's decision to go with NICE Perform is further evidence of the great added value customers see in NICE's technological capabilities and domain expertise in driving business performance by extracting insight from interactions," Haim Shani, CEO of NICE commented in a statement.
NICE made news recently when they announced their NiceVision digital video surveillance solution will be deployed at Reagan National Airport for a CCTV core systems enhancement.
