OZSoft and NiCE Collaborate to Deliver Enhanced Availability and Performance Monitoring for SAP

NiCE IT Management Solutions, a provider of consulting, services and solutions for business customers, and OZSoft Consulting, a provider certified integrated solutions for SAPPerformance Monitoring, have joined forces to offer an enhanced availability and performance monitoring for those who are running SAP (News - Alert).

The companies said that their joint solutions are developed by leveraging over two decades of expertise in management and should be able to deliver customer-focused, flexible, and intelligent monitoring to clients who utilize Microsoft (News - Alert) System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).

The OZSoft SAP Management Pack is capable of enabling SAP Management through the power and flexibility of Operations Manager. It easily connects with SAP systems running on any platform such as Windows Server 2008, Unix, Linux, iSeries or zOS. It also connects SCOM to SAP CCMS and enables the single pane of glass approach, while leveraging SCOM advanced functionality for the whole IT infrastructure.
