Telrex Announces New Appointment to Management Team

Call recording solutions provider Telrex (News - Alert), has announced the appointment of industry veteran Luke Adamson to the company's management team. Anderson joins the team as vice president of software engineering.
Telrex's CallRex suite of IP call recording and call center optimization solutions help improve customer service, resolve customer disputes, enhance employee productivity, and meet legal and contractual Call Recording obligations.
Adamson joins Telrex from a chief technology officer position at Next Online Technologies and brings over 14 years of professional software development and technology management to the Telrex team. Adamson has also previously worked for FrontBase and Omni Group.
Adamson will be based out of Telrex’s corporate headquarters in Kirkland, Washington and in his new role will be responsible for leading the development efforts of the company’s award-winning CallRex Voice over IP call recording solutions.
