First Choice Power Teams with Call Center Provider Stellar
First Choice Power, an energy company based in Texas, announced it is adding a new call center to take inbound English and Spanish enrollment calls. The call center is operated by Stellar BPO in Las Colinas. The service is expected to start from mid April.
An expert in Managed Customer Relationships (MCR), Stellar provides quality customer interactions for a number of leading global brands. The company manages over 300 million customer interactions on behalf of its clients each year, according to company officials.
Stellar offers solutions for government, utilities, telecommunications and manufacturers. Stellar will accept First Choice Power calls to enroll new pre- and post-paid residential and small commercial customers at their call center in Hickory Creek, Texas.
The call center in Hickory Creek also handles calls for the National Motor Club, providing roadside assistance for everything from motorcycles to motor homes.
“Stellar will be taking inbound sales calls as part of First Choice Power's business expansion plans in Texas,” said Brian Hayduk, president of First Choice Power, in a statement. “These calls come in from across the state as people inquire about First Choice Power's electric services.”
“First Choice Power selected Stellar as one of its managed customer relations providers in part because of the shared value in putting the customer first and providing superior customer care,” Hayduk added.
“In the last six months, we have brought more than 200 new jobs to the D/FW Metroplex, and Stellar looks forward to continuing to expand its presence in the United States,” said Peter Trowbridge, CEO of Stellar U.S., in a statement.
“With Irving-based ownership and management, Stellar is positioned to provide superior service to both First Choice Power and its customers from right here in Texas,” Trowbridge added.
Recently Stellar announced plans to expand its Philippines operations. The company will expand its contact center facility in the Philippines. The Philippines facility supports Stellar customers from Australia, U.K., U.S. and Canada with over 1,500 employees.
