Envision has announced that it has joined the Cisco Developer Network as a Registered Developer within the Workforce Optimization technology category.
Additionally, the company also announced that Envision Centricity Server v.10.0SP1 has successfully completed interoperability testing with Cisco Unified Communications (News - Alert) Manager Enterprise v7.1.
The Cisco Developer Network unites Cisco with third-party developers of hardware and software, thus enabling them to deliver tested interoperable solutions to joint customers, according to Cisco (News - Alert) officials.
Thanks to being a Registered Developer, Envision now offers a complementary product offering. Also, the company has started to collaborate with Cisco to meet the needs of joint customers.
Envision Centricity Server v.10.0SP1 enables customers to quickly deploy a broad range of Cisco Compatible business applications, devices, or services, enabling them to enhance the capabilities, performance, and management of their Cisco network.
Envision delivers innovative team coaching and performance improvement products and services to the contact center. The company’s Click2Coach fully integrates the value of quality monitoring and management, e-learning, automated coaching and robust analytics and performance management capabilities.
Moreover, Envision integrates the power of Click2Coach and Envision Workforce Management together on Envision Centricity Web-based workforce optimization (WFO) technology platform to deliver a full spectrum of ROI-driven efficiency and effectiveness gains.
Last year in November, the company joined the PCI (News - Alert) Security Standards Council as a participating organization. As a Participating Organization, Envision works with the Council to evolve the PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) and other payment card data protection standards.
