CyberTech International Opens New Call Recording Facility in Mumbai

The new office is expected to provide sales, pre-sales and ongoing technical support to CyberTech users that deliver a wide range of financial, outsourcing and contact centre services to both local and international clients.
Established in 1985, CyberTech International is a global provider of call recording solutions. The company uses the latest, innovative recording technologies to provide a secure, open and future-proof solutions that enable organisations to improve performance, optimise service, mitigate risk and maintain compliance at a lower cost.
The new facility in Mumbai is CyberTech’s 11th office. The company said that it confirms its commitment to serving the Asian Pacific marketplace, complementing the services provided by existing operations in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Phil Riseley, managing director at CyberTech Asia Pacific, believes that the new Mumbai office provides a huge opportunity for CyberTech to expand its presence in the rapidly growing Asian market.
“With a range of new and highly scalable call recording systems and a commitment to delivering the highest level of localised services and support, we are uniquely positioned to serve customers operating in the growing financial, public safety and call centre sectors,” Riseley said.
Riseley also indicated that over the coming months, the company will be announcing new customer contracts in India as part of our global strategy for growth.
Earlier this month, Wittel, a technology integrator for the corporate market, formed a strategic partnership with CyberTech International.
