InVision to Intro Latest Call Center School E-Learning Program

InVision, a provider of call center workforce management solutions, has unveiled the new version of English e-learning program called The Call Center School. The comprehensive educational portfolio provides call centers with a complete advanced training program from a single source.


The Call Center School comprises more than 75 hours of training that is provided in more than 150 modules assigned to six topics including: Frontline Fundamentals, Call Center Supervision,   Workforce Management, Operations/Business, Quality Assurance and Telephone Sales.

The new e-learning edition features an advanced graphic design based on sophisticated and clear visual aspects with modules that offer interactive control and learning elements to make learning fun.

Many training modules are provided with quizzes that help learners retain what they have learned. The easy-to-use control button allows users to follow their own individual learning pace, so if they wish to stop the learning they can do so, and continue from where they had stopped.

The easy-to-use learning interface shows full text search tool and a scroll bar that makes it easy to navigate through a training module. The table of contents can be optionally shown or hidden with a full text search tool.

Other features such as closed captions and mute function support individual learning habits as well as agents’ workplace environments.

The company will also introduce a German version in the course of this year. This is part of the company’s strategy to localize its popular Call Center School program to meet the requirements of German call center market.

The new e-learning program will be released February 26th at 2013 CCW in Berlin, Germany.
