Knoahsoft Workforce Optimization Solutions Now Available through Avaya

Call center workforce optimization solutions provider KnoahSoft’s (News - Alert) Harmony suite of solutions is now available directly from Avaya and its channel partners. KnoahSoft is offering a suite of recording, quality assurance, surveying, workforce management and analytics solutions through the Avaya (News - Alert) Select Product Program.
The partnership benefits KnoahSoft customers as it provides them with easier access to Avaya-compatible technology that extends the value of a company’s unified communications network. Avaya Select Product Program is designed to offer a streamlined channel to customers to select Avaya-compatible, third-party applications chosen for the powerful capabilities they bring to Avaya’s portfolio.

The Harmony suite of call center workforce optimization solutions is compliance-tested for compatibility with Avaya Aura. Further the solutions suite is also being compliance tested for Avaya IP Office. By integrating with an Avaya platform, it makes it easy for companies to improve regulatory and business process compliance, improve agent performance and increase customer satisfaction.
Thanks to this partnership, KnoahSoft solutions can be easily purchased through both Avaya and its channel partners. Customers can add specific capabilities to their existing Avaya platform or can source a complete Avaya-based communications solution that incorporates KnoahSoft Harmony.
KnoahSoft is also a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect (News - Alert) Program – an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network.
