By Patrick Barnard, Group Managing Editor, TMCnet

Call center workforce management solutions provider GMT Corp. will be demonstrating the power of its GMT Planet offering during the upcoming BAI (News - Alert) Retail Delivery Conference to be held Nov. 3-5 in Boston.

Conference attendees ranging from financial services and banking executives to accomplished and visionary industry experts to cutting-edge solutions providers will have the chance to see first-hand how GMT Planet helps financial institutions increase sales conversions, improve member satisfaction and reduce labor costs in its branch, contact center and back office operations.

"Now, more than ever, financial institutions have to find the optimal balance between containing operational costs and increasing customer retention and loyalty," said Simon Angove, chief executive officer of GMT, in a release. "As banks are recognizing that client service and loyalty are driven by each client experience, we're excited to educate banking executives on how GMT's workforce management solution can enable banks to increase service levels and improve member loyalty while reducing costs."

A number of leading banks use GMT Planet to create accurate forecasts and to schedule agents in their call centers as well as representatives at their branch offices.

GMT Corp. recently released a free white explaining how precision forecasting and scheduling in the call center boosts the bottom line. To access a copy of this informative white paper, click here.

The company made news last week when it announced that it would be demonstrating its workforce management solution at the upcoming Credit Union Call Center Conference to be held Oct. 18-21.
