Enterprise Workforce Optimization Outfit GMT to Host Free Free Webinar

GMT Corp. is sharing information on leveraging advanced workforce optimization in a Webinar titled “Top Ten Tips for Selecting a World-Class Workforce Optimization Solution.”

 
The Norcross, Ga.-based enterprise workforce management and performance optimization solutions company is hosting the Tuesday, Aug. 18 Webinar, which is designed to present solutions for competitive advantage in the workforce management space.
 
“Today, companies are looking for any competitive advantage that will set them apart from others in the market, and a sound workforce optimization strategy will do just that,” said Hegebarth.
 
GMT’s workforce management and performance optimization solutions have been implemented across a broad spectrum of enterprises – from banks to call centers – and are designed to create competitive advantage by enabling companies to improve customer service and sales across their enterprise, while decreasing their labor expenses.
 
The company’s product line combines precision forecasting and intelligent scheduling with analytics and performance management tools in an effort to make these solutions deployable in a range of environments.
 
During the Webinar, Kevin Hegebarth, vice president of GMT, will discuss specific examples of how GMT’s clients have benefited from their workforce optimization investment, including:
  • Increasing schedule adherence by as much as 60 percent
  • Increasing occupancy rates by as much as 25 percent
  • Improving scheduling efficiency, which resulted in $250,000 annual cost savings
  • Reducing operating costs in excess of 15 percent, while maintaining service levels
