Scotland based company Stellar Europe has won the prestigious UK award for the Great Game of Business, Best Open Book Management Company in the UK for 2013.

Stellar Europe provides contact center services and handles phone calls, email, web chat and SMS customer contact for a range of clients from several sectors including telecommunications, finance, insurance and media.

Employing about 400 people in Scotland, Stellar Europe has won the award as it was able to get its employees, work towards making the business successful. By integrating employee goals and accountabilities to the success of the company Stellar Europe has increased the business performance of the organization.

Stellar uses several practices to this end such as regular meeting of employees and the CEO discussing financial performance with the employees.
