CGS Receives Microsoft CPE Award Cup for Call Center Solutions

Computer Generated Solutions (News - Alert) (CGS) has said that through its Call Center Solutions business unit it has received Microsoft CPE Award Cup for the telesales and telechannel services it has provided to Microsoft (News - Alert) Romania corporate, small to mid-market business (SMBs) and public sector customers during the fiscal year of 2010.

The Award is based on customer satisfaction ratings of all partners as measured in the independently conducted Microsoft Customer and Partner Satisfaction Survey.

Phil Friedman, founder and CEO, said that the CPE Award affirms the dedication and excellence of the company’s call center teams in Romania and across the globe. “We remain committed to the close working relationship we have with Microsoft and look forward to strengthening the ties between our companies and customers.”

In addition to a range of listening systems, the Microsoft Unified Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) strategy includes tools for responding to the needs and ideas of customers and partners.

Company officials said that as part of that strategy, the Microsoft Customer and Partner Satisfaction Survey is conducted twice annually to evaluate Microsoft and its partners in key areas, including product quality, innovation, caring about customers, ease of doing business, quality of resources, and the overall value of the offerings.

CGS offers contact center services in Europe through two “conveniently” located offices in Bucharest and Brasov. Thanks to the modern, technologically-advanced centers and dedicated, career-oriented agents, the CGS Romanian call center operations have experienced a tenfold growth in the past five years.
