CRM Help for Call Compliance Offered from VoltDelta
By David Sims, TMCnet Contributing Editor
VoltDelta (News - Alert) Resources and PossibleNOW announced the availability of CallMatch Compliance Service, a contact center compliance application. This application helps call centers comply with regulatory restrictions for both inbound and outbound campaigns.
CallMatch Compliance Services lets contact centers integrate residential and business contact data from VoltDelta with Do Not Call compliance products from PossibleNOW for calling campaigns.
VoltDelta provides more than 150 million listings of contact data from phone companies. This data can be integrated into the contact center for the generation of marketing lists, caller identification services, screen pops at the work station, and for CRM software uses.
CallMatch Compliance Services will be made immediately available via VoltDelta Hosted Solutions. The hosted product is a carrier-class platform for hosted telephony, switching/ACD
, IVR, speech automation and computer telephony integration (CTI (News - Alert)).
VoltDelta customers can now use CallMatch for outbound applications to generate data for outbound campaigns pre-scrubbed for all Do Not Call and internal suppression lists. Inbound calls can be matched with VoltDelta listing data and internal CRM systems to identify callers before they reach the agent.
Last October VoltDelta Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences, announced that AT&T (News - Alert) had begun offering its 1-800-YellowPages service in the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee using VoltDelta’s integrated advertising platform.
Callers to AT&T's 1-800-YellowPages receive free directory assistance listings in exchange for listening to advertisements during the call. Callers can search for telephone numbers either by specific name or by business category when the caller knows the type of business listing (e.g., pizza, nightclub, or auto repair), but does not have a specific business name in mind.
To support AT&T's 1-800-YellowPages, VoltDelta integrated several technologies with its existing platforms to provide a foundation for interacting with callers using advanced speech technologies, routing
calls among the solution components and delivering advertisements within the call flow.
