By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

SoundBite Communications (News - Alert), a global provider of cloud-based proactive customer communications, announced its participation at CCR-interactive in London, England, to discuss cloud-based communications as a primary way to reduce costs in call center operations.

During the event, Frank Sherlock, Global Business Development director at SoundBite Communications, will share proven strategies which have reduced roll rates and increased wallet share for organizations in the financial services, telecommunications, retail, utilities and accounts receivables industries.

Sherlock will also speak about the global trend towards adopting cloud-based communications as a primary method to lower costs in contact center operations while offering the greatest flexibility and capacity.

SoundBite’s Hosted Contact Center offering is designed to address the outbound contact needs of consumer-facing organizations. The company offers services like hosted dialer, interactive text messaging, automated voice messaging, and e-mail.

Back in July, SoundBite Communications enhanced the predictive dialer solution with new capabilities including session recording, session transfer and enhanced Agent Voice Portal, multi-channel strategies, local caller ID, call blending, custom disposition codes, campaign management tools, filtering and Full API access.

Organizations can leverage the multi-channel offering from the company from a cloud-based, unified platform to increase contact rates and maintain regulatory compliance. This offering is supported by a full suite of pacing, CTI (News - Alert), and agent utilization tools.

Sherlock’s session will be held at 11:30am on October 4, 2011.
