ISIS Direct in Need of Account Consultants to Help with Delivery of Call Center Solutions
By Jaclyn Allard, TMCnet Web Editor
Isis, a full-service provider of specialized merchant services, leases point-of-sale terminals, which process all forms of payment. Isis’ goal is to help businesses increase revenue, control costs, improve efficiency, as well as provide customers with numerous payment methods. Isis will use CPP’s operational infrastructure, focusing primarily on self-generated sales calls.
The website at a future point will include an extensive recruiting portal. With the almost exclusive task of creating self-generated sales calls, Isis is looking to hire an additional 350 account consultants and 50 field managers in the next year. These consultants are being offered uncapped compensation potential, flexible hours, a generous bonus package and comprehensive benefits.
Account consultants will have the ability to recruit and build their own field sales team. “This sales model is unique in our industry,” said Tony Norrie, General Manager for Certified Payment Processing, in a press release. “With the ability to personally recruit and build a team, the Isis sales channel incorporates a hierarchical, down-line structure. We believe this personalized approach will build a strong relationship bond and greatly impact retention of team members.”
Those interested in a career opportunity with ISIS Direct are encouraged to call 800-581-7303 or e-mail Isis recruiting.
Recently, Certified Payment Processing (CPP) hired Bill Prickett for a new Public Relations/Communications position within the organization. Prickett has an extensive background in public relations, writing, communication and public speaking/teaching, working closely with the nonprofit sector.
Prickett’s new responsibilities will include media relations, internal communications, online and training content, social media and client communication. "It was the scope of his experience which led us to hire Bill," said Tony Norrie. "We wanted someone with a combination of skills to sharpen our communications, assist our outreach to new and potential clients, as well as highlight the many positive aspects of our company."
