Aditya Birla Minacs, a global business solutions company, has successfully deployed WorkFlex Manager at several of its outsourced call centers.

Officials with WorkFlex Solutions said that WorkFlex Manager applies real-time supply chain methodologies to fully automate the intraday staffing process, enabling clients to improve intraday staffing effectiveness, reduce overhead, and assure regulatory and/or contractual compliance.
