Blackbaud Enterprise CRM Selected by University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

Blackbaud Enterprise CRM will be used by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. An announcement in this regard has been made by Blackbaud, Inc.
Development and alumni operations will be centralized for UNC with Blackbaud Enterprise CRM. The product will also help to gather a more comprehensive view of the relationships of its constituents with UNC across several units and schools. Blackbaud Enterprise CRM will help to increase fundraising revenue for UNC. At the same time costs and data silos will be reduced.
Bachelor's, master's, doctoral and professional degrees in academic areas critical to North Carolina's future are offered by UNC. The university with a total enrollment of 28,916 is one of the original eight “Public Ivy” schools.
In a release, Marc Chardon, CEO of Blackbaud said, "We are pleased to partner with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and to help the institution gain a better view of its constituents and the multiple ways they interact with them. With Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, the University will be able to build a constituent journey for its alumni and donors that will result in lasting support."
All information sources can now be rolled in one central system for UNC with the help of Blackbaud Enterprise CRM. Workflow management will also be improved. Enhanced reporting and business intelligence can also be provided by the team. Participation rates, marketing response and overall programmatic ROI will be analyzed and tracked by the team quickly.
Apart from improving data integrity and sharing, the solution will also empower end-users with campaign planning and reporting tools. The university will be able to better serve the needs of the constituents as the solution will be able to provide a holistic view of constituents.
