Promero Unveils HIPAA Compliant Cloud-Based Call Center Software

With increased need for HIPAA compliance, healthcare providers are turning to call center software solutions that help them safeguard confidential electronic protected health information (e-PHI).

“Promero's dedicated staff will work to provide the most secure, safe environment for an organization's call center application that will meet or exceed HIPAA standards,” Troyanowski added. “Notable healthcare industry leaders such as United Healthcare and the Food and Drug Administration utilize Oracle Contact Center Anywhere.”

HIPAA Security Rule sets national standards for the security of e-PHI. Promero's call center software offers a cost-effective alternative to healthcare organizations and outsourcing providers. The software is hosted in a Peak10 datacenter that has been audited in accordance with SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 Standards. 

To ensure further security, the call center environment is configured in a "private pod" so call center agents log into your private application instance - with your call data secured and encrypted. The software is using the latest 256 bit encryption technology used to secure confidential information. The 256 bit AES encryption and is accessible only to authorized end-users over a secure Web interface.
