Cicero, a provider of customer experience management and desktop integration solutions, has announced the appointment of Tom Aiello, who brings more than 25 years’ experience in technology sales in the contact center industry, driving revenue growth and increasing market leadership, as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
