Telefonix Becomes First New Zeacom IP Office Contact Center Partner in UK

By John Lahtinen, Community Development Editor, TMCnet

Telefonix Voice & Data, a rapidly-growing small business phone systems solutions provider based in Surrey, England, recently became the first telecoms consultancy to sign up to the new Zeacom Channel Partner Program for IP Office in the UK.

“Our commitment to providing our customers the best solutions using the best technology has confirmed our belief of just how strong the demand for state of the art contact center software has become on the IP Office Phone System. This is why we are so excited about becoming a Zeacom (News - Alert) partner,” said Mike Kirby, managing director at Telefonix Voice & Data, in a release. “With Zeacom and Avaya partnerships, we believe that Telefonix solutions are the most complete contact center package in the small and medium business telephony space. As one of Zeacom's exclusive partners, Telefonix Voice & Data continues to ensure that its client needs are supported by the best possible extra layer of end-to-end service, from sales to delivery, training, and support.”

Telefonix, whose clients include Honda (News - Alert), Rightmove, and O’Reilly, brings technical proficiency, a 12-year understanding of the IP Office system, renowned professionalism, and unparalleled regional and vertical knowledge to its clients.

“Zeacom are delighted by the appointment of Telefonix Voice & Data as the first to sign up to the new UK Zeacom channel partner program for IP Office” said Richard Moss, UK Channel Manager for Zeacom. “Telefonix Voice & Data and Zeacom together offer small business clients the ability to have large enterprise-class contact centre applications in smaller business environments. With any size business looking at new ways to improve the way they interact with their customers, voice-only contact centers will soon be a thing of the past.”

“Working with Telefonix, Zeacom enables IP Office clients to embrace the increasing demand on them to interact with their customers via the media stream that best suits the customer, rather than dictated to by the constraints of their PBX (News - Alert)/switch. Zeacom’s contact centre application intelligently routes, measures and reports on SMS, email, webchat and social media, both inbound and outbound, delivering a rich solution with Telefonix to their customers”

According to the release, Telefonix felt that the Zeacom IP Office contact center suite offered companies the most comprehensive single point solution, needing only a single CTI (News - Alert) server platform to provide comprehensive functionality. This allows companies to their total cost of ownership knowing they have less software to update and hardware to maintain.

Telefonix’s strength as a complete bespoke telephone system solutions provider is highlighted as Zeacom's software is easily customized for individual company requirements and can be coupled to a wide range of 3rd party interfaces to boost customer service and productivity. The high end functionality specially designed for SME companies is modular and scalable; growing with a business.
