Quadient Joins UiPath for Automation-Focused Strategic Partnership
Customer communications solutions provider Quadient revealed last week it will be joining automation software provider UiPath in a new partnership agreement. The two companies plan to combine resources and tech expertise to unify automated solutions that enhance productivity, cut operation costs, and improve customer communications and experiences.
As part of this new business strategy, the two companies plan to merge the Quadient’s Inspire software suite with the UiPath platform, offering business customers scalable automation capabilities that can be used for a number of digital processes.

CCM (News - Alert) and customer experience management coupled with RPA makes organizations more nimble, effective and profitable.”
Both companies bring a number of highly advanced functions to the table, such as UiPath’s Robotic Process Automation solution, and Quadient’s Intelligent Communications Automation capabilities among others. The unification of these two power programs will help support customer communications, as well as employee workloads and digital productivity.
