Calabrio Names New CTO
The contact center is a complex array of people, processes and technology. The glue holding this puzzle together is leadership. The proper leadership is a key ingredient in the success of an organization, as the c-suite steers the ship, empowering the team with a plan and the tools to carry it out.
Calabrio (News - Alert) announced a change to its c-suite, appointing Josh Jabs to the role of Chief technology Officer. Jabs will report to President and CEO Tom Goodmanson, while former CTO Brian Humenansky will transition to the position of Chief Architect.
"Josh is a valuable addition to our team, and he joins us at a crucial point in our trajectory," said Goodmanson. "He knows what it takes to convert business ideas into successful products that solve real problems for customers, and his leadership will allow us to further expand our development teams as we look toward another year of innovation and growth."
In his new role, Jabs is tasked with overseeing cloud operations, engineering and product development. Bringing to the table over 20 years of experience in driving growth via innovation and crafting exceptional teams to follow through on leading the way in market disruption, Jabs is ready to take the technology reins for the contact center solution provider.
"Combining advances in analytics with the data processing capabilities of cloud presents a massive opportunity for organizations to gain insights from customer engagements; it's a game changer for companies of all sizes and Calabrio is positioned right in the center," said Jabs. "It is an honor to join Calabrio's smart and passionate team. I look forward to expanding on the company's customer-centric approach to innovation and continuing to build a global team that allows us to deliver on the exciting opportunities ahead."
