Monet Software Sponsors Salesforce Basecamp for Service
The Salesforce Basecamp for Service brings together innovative companies and trailblazers in the customer service space. The event is taking place on July 18 from 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine.
According to the event page, “Salesforce and service leaders from companies like yours are coming together at this exclusive event to discuss how leading service organizations are driving success. This is your chance to network and exchange ideas with top executives and industry thought leaders.” The page goes on to explain some of the experiences attendees will be able to participate in. For instance, author Kerry Bodine will help “…business leaders understand the financial benefits of great customer experiences — and how their organizations must change in order to deliver them.”
In addition to the talk from Kerry Bodine, the event will consist of the Salesforce keynote and demo, a customer panel, breakout sessions and a networking reception.
Workforce optimization solution provider Monet Software (News - Alert) is sponsoring the event and will be attending later this month. Monet’s attendance should prove to be beneficial, because there’s arguably no one who knows Salesforce better. As Tracey Schelmetic points out, the company “…offers its Monet Live Workforce Management as an add-on for Salesforce Service Cloud to allow users of the latter to gain better visibility into what their agents or help desk representatives are doing.”
Schelmetic continues her description of the Monet WFM integration with Salesforce by saying, “The integration consists of two main components. The first piece is a widget that sits on the console. It passes the data to Monet Live, WFM for Salesforce Service Cloud via the streaming API. The second component is a service that uses the REST APIs to extract the data that will be used for forecasting.”
Monet’s integration with Salesforce has benefited every company that’s used it. From improving scheduling to facilitating operations, the WFM solution is a force to be reckoned with. Why not learn more about it by catching up with Monet at Salesforce Basecamp for Service next week?
