Scheduling Software Provider Appointment-Plus: Introducing a Photo Contest
Scheduling and staffing is one of the most expensive resources in the entire call center budget (60 - 80 percent), which means that even a 1 percent increase in productivity will significantly impact the bottom line. With more professionals entering the market of professional photography and related services, competition is on rise. As part of their efforts to manage work schedule and increase productivity, many of them turn to advanced software technologies like scheduling software.
Scheduling software provider, Appointment-Plus, is engaged in the task of helping photography businesses automate and streamline the booking process. To make the scheduling more exciting for the company will be celebrating ‘May National Photo Month’ with a photo contest. The contest gives an opportunity for professional and amateur photographers nationwide to showcase the talents and win great prizes.

For the contest Appointment-Plus is looking for captivating photos under themes: Sharing, Fun, I am an Entrepreneur, Pets in Hats, Things Seen in the Park. Contestants can submit only one photo per category. The entries will be posted on Appointment-Plus Facebook (News - Alert) page, where fans can vote for their favorites. Prizes will be awarded based on number of votes.
The first price is a $250 Visa gift card, a nationally-distributed press release announcing the first-place finish, and the photo placed prominently on the Appointment-Plus website homepage with a link to the winner's Web site.
“Many of our clients run photography businesses, which makes National Photo Month an ideal time to recognize the talents of these individuals,” said Kendall Matthews, director of marketing at Appointment-Plus. “Winning entries will receive exposure for their photos and receive great prizes.”
The deadline to submit photos is Wednesday, May 22.
