Cody's Appliance Repair Integrates New Scheduling Software to ServiceDesk
Although the scheduling process seems like a minimal factor compared to the other labors that go into running a business, but like Monet Software has pointed out, it is just as vital as anything else. Recently the industry has begun to realize how much the scheduling process can affect the industry as we see with the array of companies that have begun to create new solutions.
Cody’s Appliance Repair has announced the integration of new scheduling software that allows customers to book service calls for a variety of repair scenarios including standard repairs, warranty repairs, contract service repairs, and other third-party service needs.
The new scheduling software from Cody’s Appliance Repair, simplifies the booking service. The Schedule Service is powered by ServiceDesk, a RossWare software product. This upgrade eliminates missed calls and delayed response times which, in turn, helps Cody’s Appliance Repair work more efficiently.
“We added the online scheduling feature to help simplify the scheduling process,” said Patty Husk, owner of Cody’s Appliance Repair, in a statement. “Our online scheduling tool enables us to receive service requests after hours, which provides more convenience for our already busy customers.”
Recently Cody’s Appliance Repair also integrated the SD-CyberOffice into their website’s platform. This upgrade eliminates missed calls and delayed response times which, in turn, helps Cody’s Appliance Repair work more efficiently.
Customers can access the “Schedule Service” via a “Service Request” button located in the right menu navigation bar in the website. The software features a user friendly interface that guides them through the simple steps required to register for the service. Once the form is submitted, service is confirmed within as little as two hours during hours of operation.
Commenting on the future of the scheduling tool, an appliance repair technician from Middleton said, “Our customers are excited about our scheduling tool, because it allows them to make appointments relatively hassle-free. When you work 40+ hours every week, simplicity and convenience are almost as important as a functioning appliance.”
