eMediaschedule.com Provides Online Agenda for Idaho Hospital
The South Central Public Health District of Twin Falls, ID has chosen eMediashcedule.com to provide online scheduling technology for its patients. This service will allow them to reserve blocks of time with the doctors they’d like to visit.
eMedischedule.com’s SaaS (News - Alert) scheduling software will allow South Central Public Health District patients to book appointments for future public health clinics, including annaul influenza vaccinations. Patients will also be able to make appointments through eMedichedule.com’s automated cloud call center, the company’s proprietary integrated voice response appointment system.
Patients will be able to dial a dedicated local or a toll-free number to setup appointments, through eMedischedule.com’s automated phone system. Appointments are updated in real-time in eMedischedule.com’s online system.
“The implementation of the online appointment scheduling system is consistent with our efforts to continuously improve our services to the public through effective use of technology,” Rene LeBlanc, District Health Director for the South Central Public Health District, said.
This method guides patients through public health department-defined clinical options. They will be prompted to add important information like age and allergies .Once the information has been add a PIN code will then enable them to manage their appointments and information through the health department’s website. The service is anticipated to become available in the South Central Public Health District this October.
