The webinar which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, November 9 at 2 p.m. EDT will feature Jeanne Bliss, author and founder of CustomerBliss, as well as Knowlagent CEO Matt McConnell who will uncover call center secrets of the world’s most successful companies, a press release revealed. The twosome will also analyze the key strategies these companies utilize in retain their current customers and attract new ones.
Additionally, participants of this not-to-moss event will learn how to make the right decisions in their organizations and see what the impact these decisions will be on both customers and employees, as well as better understand how these decisions will alter the overall culture of the call center.
