Call Center Operations Provider Knowlagent Presents Webinar on How to Create a Highly Productive Call Center

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

Knowlagent, a provider of call center operations, has revealed that it will be sponsoring a free webinar entitled “From Boot Camp to Teamwork: How to Create a Positive and Profitable Call Center Culture.” This not-to-miss informative session will highlight best practices and crucial tips that are needed in order to increase productivity, while simultaneously providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Slated to take place at 2 p.m. EDT on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, Dr. David Butler (News - Alert), director of the Call Center Research Laboratory at The University of Southern Mississippi and executive director of the National Association of Call Centers, will give an in-depth look at several case studies that feature companies that have taken the correct measures to increase efficiency at their calls centers, as well as those who have gone down the wrong path. Knowlagent’s CEO Matt McConnell will moderate the webinar and even answer questions from participants as the webinar comes to a close.

“In today’s competitive business environment, agent productivity and performance have a sizable impact in ensuring customer satisfaction,” McConnell commented in a press release. “For this reason, it is critical companies make certain their agents are performing at the most efficient levels possible so that customers keep coming back. In this webinar, David will provide contact center leaders the tips they need to know to leverage call center talent in order to create profitable and positive call center environments.”

The release stated that participants who take part in this webinar will gain knowledge in key areas including how to formulate a productive environment within the call center, how to enhance agent retention and reduce the amount of work days employees miss, where time exists for coaching and training agents in order to increase their knowledge bases, and how to elevate productivity levels without making employees feel overwhelmed.

Butler is only the first of three contact center thought leaders who will be playing a pivotal role in webinars that will take place within coming months. Some topics that are scheduled for upcoming discussions include “A Customer-Centric Approach to First-Call Resolution,” which will feature Greg Levin on Oct. 12, and “How to Become a Company Customers Love and Can’t Live Without: The Five Decisions of Beloved and Prosperous Companies,” in which Jeanne Bliss will present on Nov. 9.

In recent news, TMCnet reported that Knowlagent recently launched its Productivity Plus campaign, which is designed to educate companies on ways to increase productivity and agent’s on-the-job performance while building customer loyalty.

As part of this campaign, the company also revealed a Productivity Plus Panel that includes three call center industry experts. The panel will give contact center leaders tips and best practices that help to dramatically improve call center operations.
