Altitude Software and Umanis Deliver Hosted Call Center Operations in France

Altitude Software (News - Alert), which provides unified customer interaction solutions for call center operations, has just begun working with Umanis, a provider of management and information technology consulting services, to deliver the Altitude uCI Hosted Multimedia Contact Center Solution in France.


Hosted at Umanis Data Center at Levallois-Perret, the call center operations software relieves companies from complex IT and communications management tasks, thereby reducing associated costs, while improving business performance. The solution easily integrates with existing call center operations solutions.

The combined solution targets the businesses in France that do not want to outsource all or part of their customer relationships, but instead want to keep control of their customer relationships without having to manage a call center's administrative constraints.

“Our expertise both in the IT and CRM (operational, transactional and analytical areas), combined with our expertise on the call center allows us to master all the components of this offer,” said Jérôme Borecki, CEO of Umanis Managed Services, in a statement.
