Officescape Releases Distributed Call center Software

Officescape has released new software that's designed to help companies use a distributed call center model to reduce overhead expenses, recruit more effectively and retain top talent.

 
This new software encompasses the functionality of a robust call center software module with Officescape’s (News - Alert) advanced Unified Communications Server for creating a solution suitable for work-at-home agents or WAHA or distributed call center requirements, company officials said.
 
Officescape says its Personalized Phone (News - Alert) Answering software module has been enhanced to arrive at the new software. The new remote call center software features in-depth performance management tools, multi-channel communications options, remote logoff capabilities and others.
 
The software can be customized according to the specific needs of a business. The software provides a simple framework for phone answering and is also fully-scalable for supporting multiple queries and several thousand agents.
 
Officescape sources explained that the system was designed to be fully-integrated with its own Unified Communications (News - Alert) server and Telework platform. It can operate independently or integrate with many existing systems. This caters to the needs of managers as it optimizes remote agent management and tackles the unique obstacles managers face.
 
The software created by the company has in-depth manager capabilities to view agent/queue status and set customized call routing rules based on agent capability, scoring or responsibility.
 
The Distributed Call Center software is IP-based and can scale to meet needs of a business during all development stages. It is built on an open platform and can be integrated and upgraded with new features as technology evolves, said Officescape officials.
 
Officescape is an Office Service Provider which leverages technological capabilities to fulfill office needs as a service. Its solutions include Office on Demand, Nomadic Office services and Telework solutions. The solutions combine virtual office flexibility with physical office functionality.
 
The company provides solutions like Office as a Platform, which let companies of all sizes conduct business anytime and anywhere cost effectively.
