The Thailand call center market is one of the fastest growing, with a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.6 percent, projected to reach US$151 million by the end of 2017 as per Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert). Catering to the increasing importance of call centers, many technological developments have been made in this field, and companies that provide call center solutions are expanding their footprints in Thailand.
A major player, Consilium Software is one such company, which has evolved in Thailand since 2008, and has recently extended its market position in South East Asia (ASEAN) by attaining Cisco (News - Alert) Systems’ Authorized Technology Provider designation for high-end contact center solutions in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.

Because the technologies are new or require special experience, partners can join these programs based on a match to required technology skills.
Consilium is now able to offer advanced professional services with the Consilium Uni suite of Cisco Compatible products, application development skills and the Consilium UniCloud multi-vendor service automation platform, designed to deliver high-performance solutions for banks, financial institutions, telecom operators and the automotive industry.
