LiveOps (News - Alert) has announced that companies actively participating in its Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program are experiencing early and ongoing success in delivering cloud contact center solutions to their customers.

This momentum, according to the company, is thanks to increased acceptance of cloud as a preferred standard alternative to costly on-premise solutions.

In June, the company announced its new partner program when contact center industry veteran, Vasili Triant, senior vice president of Cloud Application Sales at LiveOps, joined the executive team. The program expands the company’s existing partner initiative that includes Strategic Alliance Partners such as Concentric (News - Alert) Cloud Solutions.

LiveOps Channel Partner Program is designed to empower partners with the tools and support that they need to succeed. In addition, it also rewards partners with higher levels of revenue for their commitment to LiveOps, company officials said.

This program enables partners to increase their bottom lines with monthly recurring revenue by leveraging LiveOps’ cloud contact center technology along with sales support, marketing tools, training and more.

“As the leading innovator in cloud customer service, our partners benefit greatly from our expertise, industry longevity and consistent focus on growing our mutual success,” said Marty Beard, president and CEO at LiveOps, adding that the momentum of the partner community in these past four months mirrors how fast the customer service contact center industry is changing and it’s exciting to be part of it.

Currently, LiveOps offers partner program in categories such as Referral Partner and Resellers and there are three levels within these categories: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Company officials said that Referral partners deliver qualified leads to the LiveOps sales team and are eligible to receive a referral fee if the opportunity results in a sale. Clients referred via these partners are considered direct clients of LiveOps.

And, according to company officials, Resellers independently manage the sales process and sub-license LiveOps Platform and/or Applications and professional services and clients brought in via these partners are considered direct clients of the partner.

CallTower (News - Alert) is a LiveOps Referral Partner. Clay M. Shubin, vice president of Sales at CallTower, said that it’s “paramount” that we have a state-of-the-art true cloud contact center solution in our portfolio and LiveOps Platform has been exactly the addition the company needed.

“We literally just signed our agreement with LiveOps last week and are already in the process of closing new business,” Shubin said.

Triant added that as CallTower and the company’s other partners worldwide will attest to, the move for contact centers to cloud is on. “The difference in opportunity between last year and this year is shocking. We’re excited to have such a great partner community to work with us.”

Earlier in May, LiveOps showcased the Facebook (News - Alert) and expanded voice integration with salesforce.com at the Cloudforce Social Enterprise Tour and Cloudstock in London, England.
