BTR Announces New Strategic Partnership

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Responding to requests from their broker/partners, Benefit Technology Resources (BTR), has added Ascentis, an industry-leading human capital management system (HCM), to their arsenal of products. Over the past year, BTR has vetted many HCM systems in search of a strategic partner that would meet the needs of their brokers/partners and their respective clients.

"This software streamlines and automates many of the day-to-day record-keeping processes," says BTR Vice President, Kate Taylor. "It provides a framework for HR staf to manage benefits administration and payroll, map out succession planning and document such things as personnel actions and compliance with industry and/or government regulations."

HCM systems usually go beyond the basic HR functions contained in an HRIS platform by adding integrated talent and workforce management features. BTR plans to position Ascentis as a solution for employers with 50 to 500 employees and will continue to provide high-level service and support to their broker/partners and their clients by coordinating demos and providing pricing to employers who are interested in implementing a new HCM system.

With Ascentis as a strategic partner, BTR is now equipped to provide even more solutions for brokers and employers within the HR technology market space.
