Avaya Expands OneCloud CCaaS to 40 New Countries
Cloud communications solution provider Avaya (News - Alert) has announced the company’s OneCloud CCaaS solution is now available in forty new countries. The announcement marks a turning point for the service, as Avaya looks to expand into new territories across the globe to offer a wide range of business solutions for improved customer experiences.
Avaya and other CCaaS providers have embraced the fact that experience is becoming more and more significant to customers in the digital era. According to IDC (News - Alert), 92% of consumers say customer experience plays a role in future purchasing decisions. By providing businesses with a comprehensive cloud ecosystem, Avaya hopes to help untapped markets around the world build stronger relationships with consumers by personalizing the customer journey.
